Enterprise Content Management in focus at AIIM Road show

I recently attended the AIIM Road show 2009, aptly titled “People and Documents working together”, and located at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham. The show was supported by a number of exhibitors including HP Software, IBM, OnBase, Kodak, Kofax, Vignette, Xerox DocuShare.

The two key note speeches were interesting listening and certainly whetted my appetite for more information. The focus on the first keynote was on the two words from the title “Working” and “Together” – both symbolising aspects of enterprise content management (ECM) systems. There were also some witty cartoon panels on display to emphasise these points (no Monk and his I.T. Junk though!).
