Use Your Head And Make The Right Impression
Monday, 22 March 2010 | Jason Slater | One CommentWhen meeting people for the first time it pays to make a good impression – that’s pretty obvious advice – but why is it often overlooked when going online?
If we are planning to meet someone, perhaps in a business context, we might think about the clothes we wear and how we look. At the last minute we might even brush our hair, give our shoes an extra shine, make sure we’re buttoned up and check we haven’t got a bit of lunch stuck on our lip. We do all these things because meeting people for the first time is one of those key events where we want to be presented at our best.
