Here is another handy productivity tip for Microsoft Word: this time it is the SHIFT and ALT key combination.
If you need to quickly relocate, or re-order, a paragraph within a document you might typically highlight the paragraph and either drag it or use edit, cut and edit, paste to move it around.
Alternatively, just ensure the editing pointer is somewhere within the paragraph then press the SHIFT and ALT keys together – whilst SHIFT and ALT are pressed simply use the cursor keys to move the current paragraph up or down a paragraph.
