The California Strawberry Commission seem to think so and have launched their free Strawberry applications for the iPhone. One things for sure, nothing says those three little words than a lovingly prepared home cooked meal.

So, perhaps you are thinking of cooking a pleasant dinner for your loved one to celebrate the day – just download the Strawberry Recipe application to your iPhone, nip down the shops, and choose from more than 50 recipes involving strawberries, including ideas such as Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Dumplings, or for the more adventurous Strawberry Ceviche.

Recipes and ideas are categorised into a number of sections including Appetisers, Breakfast, Main Courses, and Sweets with Salads, Snacks and Cocktails thrown in for good measure.
