It’s turning out to be quite a year so far for Sony Ericsson who have a busy schedule releasing mobile devices across a number of sectors. It’s currently the turn of the GreenHeart business mobile range with the addition of the Aspen handset. Business users will love the green credentials of the new device, together with multi-tasking, touch screen, and the QWERTY keyboard for punching out those emails, and expense claims back to the office, whilst travelling.
Weighing just 130g and being quite thin at just 12.45mm (other dimensions are 117x60mm) the phone still packs a business punch with its Windows Mobile operating system (Windows Mobile 6.5.3). Other components include 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, Windows Media Player Mobile, Stereo Speakers, Handwriting recognition, Touch screen, FM radio (with RDS), Flight mode, Assisted GPS and Google Maps, Micro USB connector and Wi-Fi. Software is catered for too with Google Search, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Skype, Microsoft Office Mobile, Acrobat PDF Reader, Java, and Microsoft Today.
Some of the special features of the Aspen include:

But it’s not all about work, stay in touch with the fun parts of life with Media Browser and PlayNow, with simple access to social networks and quick and easy access to media files. Find the fun with a-GPS, Google Maps and snap pictures with the 3.2megapixel camera.”
