MSI Projector PC Concept Product

CES 2010, the Consumer Electronics Show, has demonstrated some novel technology ideas but one in particular caught my eye – the Projector PC from MSI.

If you have ever been in need of a projector or have had a projector with you but no laptop has been available then you might appreciate the versatility of a combined PC/Projector device. Not just a cut down PC either, but a feature filled PC – the idea is that instead of a screen the projector simply uses any handy wall available. Not just any projector either but a full HD quality projector with a projection of up to 60 inches.

Viewing movies with family and friends has never been easier than with the Projector PC.  Instead of being huddled around a computer, or crowding around a TV in the living room, the Projector PC effortlessly projects up to 60 inches of full HD video.

With the attachable stand the projected image can be rotated 90 degrees to point the image straight up. I’m not suggesting for a moment that you could lie in bed and watch movies on the ceiling – I’ll leave that to your imagination.
