Productivity Tip For Outlook 2010, Customise Email Colours

In previous versions of Outlook, prior to 2010, it was possible to colour code incoming emails for quicker visual checking. This was achieved by going into Tools, Organize, Using Colours (on the left hand side), selecting From in the Color messages pull down then choosing a colour.

In Outlook 2010, this feature has been replaced by Conditional Formatting (bringing it more in line with the functionality of Excel). In this tip we will look at how to apply conditional formatting in Outlook 2010.

Does “Conditional Formatting” work for Contacts? I can’t format the business contacts to be in a colored font. Any idea?
