Take a look at the Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 which, as its description says, “is a program that provides an easy way to print and customize Outlook 2007 calendar information.”. Not only does the printing assistant organise the information ready for print but it also offers a number of creativity options to enhance the look of the calendar. A number of predesigned templates are available including Day Templates, Week, Month, and even Annual Templates to show appointment information including detailed view, free/busy information, key dates, and notes.
The Calendar Printing Assistant application provides the facility to:
- Print dynamic views of the calendar
- Customize and personalize calendars
- Adjust the information to the changing Calendar views
The Assistant, a 14.5MB download, should work on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 and later, and Outlook 2007 is required, together with the .NET Framework v3. Once installed it appears in the Microsoft Office Tools folder.
