Plugiferous: the likelihood of being able to connect an electronic device to an electrical outlet.
Some newer electronic devices may only arrive with a USB charging cable making them, at the moment at least, not very plugiferous if you have no USB handy. Other devices arrive with a number of adaptors (especially useful when travelling around Europe) leading to them being highly plugiferous.
Another factor in being plugiferous is the sheer size of the device required to connect the electronic device to an electrical outlet. Some laptop transformers, in particular, can be quite bulky and heavy (meaning they may often be left at home when travelling).
The EC are calling for standardisation of charging connectors (possibly based around Micro USB) which could make electronic devices much more plugiferous. (See eWEEK Europe EC Clamps Down On Power Supplies)
