Free Online: ColorBlender

ColorBlender describes itself as “your free online tool for color matching and palette design!” and is a handy online utility that recommends 6 colours, known as a blend, that complement each other - this may be for a web site design, logo, marketing materials or other design application you have in mind.

You can save blends for later use and fine tune colours to get just the blend you are looking for. Blends can be downloaded to Photoshop or Illustrator as colour tables which adds to its value.
