Quicktip: Change the browser text size

If you find you are often needing to change the text size of a web page the typical way is to use the menu - for example in Internet Explorer you could click on View then Text Size.

jasonslater-wheelmouse However a useful facility available is that you can instead hold the control key (CTRL) then use the wheel on the mouse to enlarge or reduce the size of the text. This only works with actual text type and will not affect text saved as graphics or Flash based animations.
