A number of our users have been greeted with a message on various websites telling them they need to “enable javascript” and some of them have taken this to mean they need Java which is something slightly different. To enable Javascript support:
- Start Internet Explorer
- Click Tools on the Menu then click Internet Options
- On the Security tab, click Internet then click Custom Level

- Scroll down to the section named Active scripting
- Click Enable – You could always click Prompt if you want to confirm each and every time

- Click OK then click Yes and finally click OK
- Restart Internet Explorer
