How to update your Blog thumbnail on Technorati

This has been bugging me for a while because I changed my Blog design some time ago and the thumbnail on Technorati never got updated. After a bit of looking around I found that you need to go to snap.com and request an update there, How do I update the preview image for a Web page? It only took a few minutes for my weblog thumbnail to get updated.
