Exchange Server 2007 SP1 … the wait is over

Submitted by jasonslater on December 5, 2007 – No Comment

After a long wait Microsoft recently launched SP1 for its Exchange Server 2007 product, it can be obtained from their site at http://www.microsoft.com/exchange. At 850+ MB it’s a helluva download but it does seem choc full of additional features and fixes. Some particular features I am keen to test are the enhancements to OWA – since Exchange 2007 we have really started using OWA and the mailbox rules editor, and public folder access are welcome enhancements. At 22% download so far I am informed that I have to wait another 49 minutes until I can unleash the upgrade on our server.
