Being several weeks down the line I can tell you that for me it was well worth everything that I had to go through. I am really starting to feel the benefits now and surprisingly it has given me a new zest for life - oh and reports from my partner tells me that my long time snoring has completely disappeared - so I am no longer the loudest snorer in the house :) Good luck with the Op Kyle.
