Following on from my previous post ‘Just gimme the Fax‘.

I was having difficulty getting hold of an evaluation unit for the Brother MFC-8870DW from dealers who insisted on telling me that there was no way Brother would release an eval unit for such a small order.

However, contacting Brother directly gave a completely different impression and they were very keen for me to receive an evaluation unit - I filled in a form, emailed it back and the evaluation machine is now sitting in our office waiting to be setup - nice one Brother - other manufacturers should take note. I still haven’t heard a response to from HP Pre-Sales about my Switch query and that was weeks ago.
