Retro Computer Games. I have been pondering recently what my favourite retro computer game is, Manic Miner perhaps, or Chuckie Egg, or maybe Android (Vortex). Phoenix is a high contender but I think for the initial reaction it probably has to be Space Invaders. Both the arcade original and the Atari VCS version were great. Looking back it seems odd that one of the levels on the VCS version had invisible invaders and invisible buildings, so basically everything was blank - what fun !?
