Sunday already! Doesn’t the week fly by and the weekends even more so !?

I have been sorting out my study at home as it’s jam packed with stuff, old and new. Old circuit boards, interface cards, boxes and boxes of cables, books and magazines. Some of it is just going to have to go.

Weighed in this morning at Boots at the town centre, weigh 294 pounds dead. My other half got weighed in as well this morning as she is joining me on low carbohydrate diet from Monday, that should help get me back on track if I am to break out of the twenties by the beginning of March, giving me only 3 weeks to do so.

Auntie Sammy had her first baby sitting session this morning when mummy and me went out to get weighed in and to have a look at cots and baby harnesses. We bought a carry harness for baby Jessica this morning so we can carry her around and have our hands free, we haven’t really tried her with it yet but there is plenty of time for that.

Dinner was great, plaice and chips - not very atkins friendly I know and I have fell off the wagon a little recently but my sister Tish found some low carb croissants in Boots so we have those to look forward to later, after our pizza !!!
