I would like to introduce you to our newest member of the family. Our daughter Jessica May was born on 11th January 2005 at 18:38 and weighed 7 pounds and half an ounce.

She was delivered at Wrekin Maternity Unit at the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford. We dashed in just after 17:40 and just under an hour later we were holding her in our arms.

I was sent home shortly after delivery so mummy and baby could both get some rest. This is understandable but a bit of a shame as I can’t visit now until tomorrow morning, but if I do get any sleep tonight you can be sure I will be straight up there first thing!
