Starting Out

This is it!
Have started reading this book and have decided to give this low carbohydrate diet a go. I weigh 368 pounds (yeah! i dont know where it all came from either!).
I am little hesitant to be honest as the diet says to eat food high in fat and protein but to limit carbohydrates down to 20 grammes a day. Eat high in fat? Sounds crazy, but if it works - then it works.
My partner is going to start it with me, so here come the morning fry-ups, the steaks and the omelettes. If only there were low carbohydrate chips, pizza and chocolate then it wouldn’t all sound too bad!!
Will it last a week, a month, or is this the first day of the rest of our life !? Who knows - only time will tell.
